In order for CPI to offer the complete assembly service, customers are able to utilise CPI's extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly. CPI can offer the complete final unit assembly built, tested and packaged to the exact customer specifications, into plastic or metalwork enclosures.
CPI will undertake box build for customers. This may include packaging boards into a case, or rack based box/enclosure after an appropriate functional test. Full traceability is maintained throughout the box build process with serial numbers added to the board and box. The final packaging, inserting peripheral parts into the package such as CD, power supply, manual, cables and any other components which make up the final package can also be managed.
CPI has considerable expertise in electronic equipment manufacture with a large number of products supplied being a complete turnkey solution. In additions to electronic assembly, CPI can also provide electro-mechanical assembly, cabling panel wiring and electro-pneumatic assemblies.
