Monarch House: Administration, Research & Development
From the M1:
Exit the M1 at junction 32 and join the M18. Take the first exit at junction 1, and take the third exit in the roundabout signposted Bawtry onto Bawtry Road. Continue until the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Denby Way and into Hellaby Industrial Estate. Follow Denby Way around a long chicane, passing one left hand turn, take the second left exit onto Lowton Way and Rowan House is situated immediately on your left.
From the A1:
Exit the A1at junction 35 and join the M18 signposted Sheffield. Take the first exit at junction 1, and take the first exit in the roundabout signposted Bawtry onto Bawtry Road. Continue until the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Bessemer Way and into Hellaby Industrial Estate. Follow Bessemer Way around a long chicane, passing one left hand turn, take the second left exit onto Lowton Way and Rowan House is situated immediately on your left.

From the North:
Exit the M1 at junction 34 and take the third exit to follow the road under the viaduct. At the end of the road, take the first exit in the roundabout onto Sheffield Road. Continue along Sheffield Road until you hit the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Bessemer Way. Follow Bessemer Way to its conclusion where you will meet a right hand turn which is the entrance into Aspen Court. Continue along and Rowan House is situated on the left hand side.
From the South:
Exit the M1 at junction 34 and take the fourth exit in the roundabout onto Sheffield Road. Continue along Sheffield Road until you hit the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Bessemer Way. Follow Bessemer Way to its conclusion where you will meet a right hand turn which is the entrance into Aspen Court. Continue along and Rowan House is situated on the left hand side.
