The Website
Q: What screen size is best used to view the site?
A: The site has been designed to incorperate screen resolutions from 800 x 600. This is due to the fact that our own online surveying of visistors to our site, a significant percentage use this resolution ans thus we have accomidated for their needs. The site is best viewed in a 1024 x 768 to 1280 x 800 and may degrade uncomplimentaryt at higher resolutions.
Production Capabilities
Q: What capabilities do you have regarding SMT?
A: We can accommodate anything from 0201 to 0.3 pitch. We can place both BGA’s and CSP’s. We can also load up to 198 components using intelligent feeder to accommodate up to 13,500 components per hour.
Q: What kind of volumes do you do?
A: Anything from prototyping to small/medium quantities but we would welcome any suggestions.
Q: What testing equipment do you have?
A: We have got the Saki AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) providing inline real time inspection as well as utalising an offline reworks station. We also have the XJTAG boundary scan system
Q: Do you have ISO accreditation?
A: Yes we do have ISO 9001:2000.
Q: Is your flux alcohol free?
A: Yes
